Advance Payment
Your reservation will be confirmed after we have received advance payment of € 300.oo or (in the case of stays of fewer than 4 days) € 150.oo. We request that you please make advance payment by credit card (include the number and expiration date) or by bank transfer.

Extra charges:
- Single-Occupancy Surcharge
If you use a Double Room as a Single Room, we will charge you a surcharge of € 12.oo per day.
- Stay less than 3 nights
For a stay less than 3 nights we calculate an extra charge of € 7.00 per day and person.
Animals
Your four-legged friends are welcome to stay here!
A charge of € 8.oo per day will be made. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the dining rooms, the wellness facilities, and the lawn areas.
Meals
We cannot refund the price of any meals which you do not take.
Cancellation
We request that you notify us in writing in the event that you must cancel your vacation plans with us. When canceling at least one month in advance, no cancellation fees will be charged. When canceling less than one month prior to your scheduled arrival, in the event that your arrival is delayed, or if you depart prematurely, we will charge you 80% (in the High Season: 100 %) of the cost of the reserved stay per person.
Payment
You can pay for your stay either in cash, by check, or using your Bankomat Card or EC Card. We likewise accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Please note that we can not accept payments in cash over € 1.000,00.
