Check-out by 10:30 a.m.
Late check-out available on request for a fee

Room and table preferences:
We are happy to consider your room wishes; however, we cannot guarantee specific room or table numbers. We ask for your understanding.

Pets
Your four-legged friends are very welcome here. A charge of € 25.00 per night applies (without food). For final cleaning we charge € 30.00. We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in the dining rooms, the wellness area, or on the lawns.

Outdoor swimming pool
We usually keep the outdoor pool covered until 3:00 p.m. during the day to save energy. If you’d like to swim outside, simply let our reception team know – we’ll be happy to open it for you.

Meals
No price reductions are granted for meals not consumed.

Bathing slippers
For sustainability reasons, we kindly ask you to bring your own bath slippers from home whenever possible – the slippers provided are disposable items and are discarded after use. Together we can make a small contribution to protecting the environment.

Prices

The stated prices do not include the local tax of € 4.00 per person per night (from age 14), which is payable on site. All prices are “starting from” rates, meaning they depend on current occupancy and availability at Hotel Magdalenahof.

Our tip: those who book early benefit from the best rates. And the best part: when booking directly, we always guarantee you the lowest available price.

Single room use: use of a double room as a single room: € 25.00 per night
Children’s discounts (for accommodation in an extra bed):
Children up to 1 year | flat rate / per night
Children 1 to 4.99 years | 70% discount on the stay price
Children 5 to 9.99 years | 50% discount on the stay price
Children 10 to 14.99 years | 30% discount on the stay price
Pets: welcome on request and subject to availability – € 25.00 per night without meals, plus a one-time cleaning fee of € 30.00

Booking information

Deposit
Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due by credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, this amount remains with the accommodation provider. The remaining balance is payable on-site at the accommodation.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellations from 60 to 30 days before arrival: € 100 processing fee
Cancellations 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
Cancellations from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
In case of no-show: 100% of the total amount of your stay

Travel cancellation insurance
Sometimes things don’t go as planned – and unfortunately, you can’t go on a trip you’ve booked. That’s already frustrating enough – you shouldn’t have to deal with any additional financial loss. To ensure you’re well protected in case something unexpected happens, we recommend the “Hotel Cancellation Plus” travel insurance, offered in cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. That way, you can look forward to your holiday with total peace of mind.
Payment
You can pay with cash, debit card, or VISA / MASTERCARD. Please note that, according to Italian law, cash payments over € 4,999.99 cannot be accepted.
