That’s why our bar offers a fine selection of refined cocktails, noble liqueurs, aromatic herbal bitters and elegant wines from the South Tyrolean vineyards. Host and son Fabian mixes your drinks, recommends the perfect wine for your meal and makes sure your glass is always full. In winter you’re accompanied by the crackle of the fireplace, in summer by the gentle evening breeze.
