Between snowy cross-country trails and sunny slopes, there must always be room for a little indulgence: in winter we offer a small but delicious self-service lunch selection from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. (no à la carte). Perfect for those who want to warm up straight after skiing or cross-country.

Afternoon snack

or: the sweet spot

After a hike, between two sauna sessions or simply because – the afternoon calls for something tasty. You’ll find a lovingly prepared selection of savoury and sweet delights: homemade cakes, such as apple strudel, Linzer slice, strawberry slice, poppy seed cake, chocolate-coconut slice, and warm starters, including speck dumplings, cheese spaetzle, cheese dumplings, pizza, roast beef and fillet of plaice. Enjoy wherever you feel most comfortable: outside on the terrace, in the cosy lobby or, in winter, in our Zirmstube parlour.

Alpine flavour. Mediterranean lightness. And a kitchen team that cooks with love. Head chef Christian combines the best of two culinary worlds – with a sensitivity for ingredients that are currently in season. And a fine instinct for flavours that turn into memories. This blend creates dishes that tell stories of home, quality and creativity:

  • Salad and starter buffet with a selection of fine oils and vinegars
  • 5-course Vitalpina à la carte menu with a vegetarian option
  • Aromatic cheese selection from local farms
