Kickstart your day with a wide selection of fresh produce: natural and locally-sourced farm products, home-made jams and various bread types, fruit, muesli, tea and coffee and much more.
Winter is (wel)coming
During winter, a rich afternoon buffet is available daily in our cosy stube, from 12:30 to 16:30. The choice includes warm soups, salads, pasta dishes and home-made pastries by our confectioner.
In the summertime, you are welcome to help yourself from the fresh fruit basket at any time. In addition, a cake and pastries buffet with home-made delicacies is available daily from 15:00 to 17:00.
Start your dinner at the salad- and starters buffet and choose your condiment from a selection of fine oils and vinegars. Relish a 5-course Vitalpina choice menu with exquisite reinterpretations of traditional recipes – a vegetarian option is also available – and lastly crown your meal with a selection of spicy cheeses from local dairy farms.

Roast beef sirloin steak skilfully carved at your table and served with grilled vegetables, a selection of sauces and roasted potatoes – heavenly!
Gala dinner: at weekends, you are invited to a sociable aperitif and buffet at the hotel bar, followed by an exclusive gala dinner.
Chocolate fondue: once a week, you get to choose between regular desserts and the chocolate fondue – a delicious treat with roast almonds, home-made vanilla biscuits, ice cream and fresh fruit. We serve you your own hot chocolate pot so you can take time to relish it to the fullest.
New Year and 15 august: for the special dinner we ask a supplement on the half board of Euro 20,00 per adult.
