Autumn Time = Harvest Time

When our garden takes center stage

Autumn is a very special time in the Gsies Valley – and here at Hotel Magdalenahof, there is plenty to do. Everything that has grown in our garden throughout the summer is now ready to be harvested little by little.

Carrots, zucchini, beetroot, cabbage, pumpkins and much more are waiting to be picked. Every year, we are delighted by the variety and abundance our garden provides.

Autumn is harvest time – and we love bringing the taste of our garden to the table.

From the garden straight to the plate

A large part of our vegetables comes directly from our own garden and makes its way into our kitchen. Freshly harvested vegetables simply taste better – and we know exactly where our ingredients come from.

Our harvest becomes seasonal dishes, side dishes, soups and many other specialties. In this way, the gifts of our garden become something delicious for our guests.

Regional, seasonal and prepared with lots of love.

For us, it is a beautiful cycle: sowing, growing, harvesting, enjoying and preserving.

And while nature outside slowly changes its colors, things become cozy and delicious inside.
