To celebrate our 20th hotel anniversary, we want to share the story of our hotel—a story of passion, courage, and love for nature and hospitality. Karin and Josef, two people with a great passion for gastronomy and the hospitality industry, realized their dream: their own hotel in the Gsiesertal valley.

From Zero to Hundred – Our Journey
On the 2nd September 2004, Karin and Josef laid the first stone, setting the foundation for their project. With a lot of dedication, creativity, and belief in their vision, they began by purchasing a plot of land, designing plans, and finally starting the construction of their hotel. This was the official kickoff of a journey that continues to this day.
In 2005, the time had come: our hotel opened its doors to the first guests. Since then, it has been our heartfelt goal to create a vacation home that combines nature, tradition, and comfort. Inspired by the breathtaking surroundings of the valley Casies we have created a place that transmits authentic South Tyrolean warmth and rustic coziness—modernly interpreted and crafted with great attention to detail.
Our aim is to make every stay with us an unforgettable experience. And that is only possible thanks to our dedicated team—a family of staff members who have been by our side for years.
